Herbal cream with persimon persimmon

How to proceed
Preparation: approx. 30 minutes
Finely blend the herbs in the oil. Mix them with the fresh cheese and add salt. Crush the pink pepper coarsely and mix it with honey. Chop the pistachios. Cut the persimmons into wedges. Toast the bread. With the back of a spoon spread the herb cream on the plates. Arrange the persimmons, the salad and the pomegranate seeds on the plates.
